Set in 60 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside, we are a professionally run yard with a social and friendly atmosphere. Our number one priority is your horse’s welfare and we pride ourselves on our standards of care and personal approach.
We have a great mix of horse owners from happy hackers to professional competitors, with some of the best hacking in the South East and seriously good facilities we think you will like it here!
Livery at Gasston Stables
We recognise that you as an owner and your horse are individuals and may come with particular care requirements which is why we will always do our utmost to cater to your needs.
We have natural approach to horse care.
All horses are turned out daily in small groups with ample grazing in secure paddocks with post and rail fencing.
Expertly Managed
Our livery yard is expertly managed by Lucy Gasston, professional event rider with BHSAI coaching qualification. Lucy has a wealth of experience in running a livery yard and training horses and has been doing so for most of her life. With a BSc honours degree in business management with equine studies, Lucy is fully qualified in all aspects of horse care and yard management.
Friendly Knowledgeable Staff
Our team of staff is extremely competent and undergo regular training to make sure they continually improve their skills.
For added security we have an automatic gate system which is securely locked every night along with an alarmed tack room monitored by CCTV.
Staff are resident on site and are trained to respond to any alarm that is triggered, immediately.
Centre of Achievement
As a centre of achievement at Gasston Stables, Lucy is qualified to teach all levels and all ages of rider.
When Lucy is not at the yard she is either running riding clinics off site, coaching her clients at events or out competing herself.

Equine Water Treadmill
The Gasston Stables Equine Water Treadmill is available to benefit all horses as part of a rehabilitation programme or training programme Using the latest in Activo-Med technology, our water treadmill can help to increase range of movement, improve muscle tone and build strength in the lower limbs in controlled environment.
XC, Shows and Events
In addition to our XC Course, Gasston Stables offers a full programme of shows, clinics and competitions on-site across a range of disciplines. We use listed judges where possible and we welcome any level of competitor.
