We are proud to offer an outstanding range of facilities to suit all horse owners, including two large riding arenas, an extensive XC course set in 60 acres of beautiful countryside and Gasston Stables Water Treadmill – a high quality therapeutic system, using the latest in Activo-Med technology.

Water Treadmill
• Utilising the latest in Activo-Med technology • Use as part of a rehabilitation programme or training programme • Controlled training beneficial for all horses • Adjustable water level, speeds and incline • Helps to increase range of movement, improve muscle tone and build strength in the lower limbs
Riding Facilities
• Large floodlit, mirrored arena • Second 20 x 40m arena • Over 150 show jumps with summer show jumping field • Onsite woodland rides • Easily accessible XC course with a range of jumping obstacles from 40cm to 1.10m • Fantastic bridleway network with direct access to Epsom Downs, Headley Heath, Mid Surrey Pony Club, Walton Heath and local showgrounds with no road work
Horse Care and Exercise
• Post and rail fencing with all year turnout in small groups • Large, fully rubber matted stables with automatic water feeders • 5 horse Monarch horse walker • Gasston Stables water treadmill • Separate lunging area • Loading Bay • Washing down area • Extensive CCTV and security lighting
Additional Services
• We offer BHS Horse Owners Courses • Private and group tuition from accredited BHSAI coach and event rider • Regular clinics, competitions and shows held on site • 24 hour supervision • Social, very friendly atmosphere for all ages! • Yard vet and farrier are obligatory • Schooling by onsite professional rider • General exercising (lunging/ hacking etc) • Tack cleaning • Grooming • Mane/ Tail Pulling • Plaiting/ Show Preparation • Clipping • Trailer/ Horsebox Parking
Gasston Stables Facilities Hire
Our arena can be booked for hourly, full day or half day arena hire and is available for private groups, clinics, Pony Club or Riding Club events.
XC Course Hire – hourly private or group bookings options available from £25 per horse
